1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our health kits or wellness products once purchased and delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@patidarhealthcare.com with clear images of the issue. Our team will review the case and respond accordingly.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request cancellation before dispatch, email us at support@patidarhealthcare.com with your order number and contact details. If approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear images as proof.

After review, we may provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. This decision will be made at the discretion of our quality control team.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of healthcare and hygiene-sensitive products:

• We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.
• All wellness kits are considered non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
